Please Note:This is an auction of preowned and antique items. Many items are of an age or nature which precludes their being in perfect condition and you should expect general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. We strongly advise you to examine items before you bid. Condition reports are provided as a goodwill gesture and are our general assessment of damage and restoration. Whilst care is taken in their drafting, they are for guidance only and are not exhaustive. We will not be held responsible for oversights concerning damage or restoration.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer only to be settled within 3 working days. We do not accept payment in person at the saleroom.
Collection
Collection is by appointment only. After payment, please call the office 01244 681311.
Unfortunately, we cannot permit collections on auction days.
Any unarranged collections will be refused entry.
Collection must be made within 5 working days, storage charges will apply following this date.
Packing & Shipping
Please note we do not offer an ‘in-house’ P&P service in our Cardiff saleroom, however we are able to post small items in jiffy type bags only – this is done at the purchaser’s risk and cost (please enquire prior to placing bids)
We suggest contacting our local Mailboxes for insured carriage. Successful bidders will be offered the services of Auction Logistics by an automated email. Transport to an Auction Hub near you
Complimentary shipping of small lots can be arranged between our auction hubs (Cardiff, Colwyn Bay, Gregynog & Carmarthen). Charges may apply for larger lot transfers - please speak a member of staff to discuss a shipping quote. We do not ship furniture.
Buyers to be aware that transits are not routine and are arranged dependent on business needs.
Please note: lots transferred to local auction hubs are for collection only, we will not pack and send items that have been transferred from another auction hub.
