Telephone Bidding - by return of form supplied by us only. Return required by 1pm, 1st December. Telephone lines limited and first come first served.

Commission bidding - on our website or by form supplied by us only. Return required by 1pm, 1st December.

Payment
Payment by bank transfer only to be settled within 3 working days. We do not accept payment in person at the saleroom. Payment can be taken from debit cards registered on the saleroom.

International Buyers - please be aware that £15 should be added to your invoice total to cover international bank charges. 

Collection
Collection is by appointment only. After payment, please call the office 02920 708125. 

Collection arrangements must be made within 14 working days, storage charges will apply following this date.

Packing & Shipping
Please note we do not offer an ‘in-house’ P&P service in our Cardiff saleroom.

We suggest contacting our local Mailboxes info@mbecardiff.co.uk / 02921 322157 for insured carriage. Successful bidders will be offered the services of Auction Logistics by an automated email. Transport to an Auction Hub near you

Complimentary shipping of small lots can be arranged between our auction hubs (Cardiff, Colwyn Bay, Gregynog & Carmarthen). Charges may apply for larger lot transfers - please speak a member of staff to discuss a shipping quoteWe do not ship furniture.

Buyers to be aware that transits are not routine and are arranged dependent on business needs. 

Please note: lots transferred to local auction hubs are for collection only, we will not pack and send items that have been transferred from another auction hub

IMPORTANT: Buyers that have settled payment by Friday 5th December can benefit from our arranged transport from Cardiff to Chester, week commencing 8th December. Please note, this is the ONLY transport opportunity to North Wales before Christmas.
