Please Note:

This is an auction of preowned and antique items.
Many items are of an age or nature which precludes their being in perfect condition and you should expect general wear and tear commensurate with age and use.
We strongly advise you to examine items before you bid.
Condition reports are provided as a goodwill gesture and are our general assessment of damage and restoration. Whilst care is taken in their drafting, they are for guidance only.
We will not be held responsible for oversights concerning damage or restoration.

Payment
Payment by bank transfer only to be settled within 3 working days. We do not accept payment in person at the saleroom. Payment can be taken from debit cards registered on the saleroom.

International Buyers - please be aware that £15 should be added to your invoice total to cover international bank charges. 

Collection

Collection is by appointment only, after payment please call the office 02920 708125. Unfortunately, we cannot permit collections on auction days.
Collection arrangements must be made by Friday, 10 November, storage charges will apply following this date.

Packing & Shipping
Please note we do not offer an ‘in-house’ P&P service in our Cardiff saleroom, however we are able to post small items in jiffy type bags only – this is done at the purchaser’s risk and cost (please enquire prior to placing bids)

We suggest contacting our local Mailboxes info@mbecardiff.co.uk / 02921 322157 for insured carriage. Successful bidders will be offered the services of Auction Logistics. Transport to Colwyn Bay Saleroom
Shipping can be arranged for all small purchased lots between our salerooms in Colwyn Bay and Cardiff (& also to Carmarthen). For furniture lots, there will be a small carriage charge (please enquire prior to placing bids). Please note this service is on an as and when basis.
