PAYMENT
Bank transfer only, within 3 working days. Payments cannot be made in person at the saleroom.

COLLECTION
By appointment only after payment. Please call 01492 532176 to arrange collection. Collections are not available on auction days. Lots must be collected within 5 working days or storage charges may apply.

PACKING & SHIPPING
We do not offer an in-house packing and shipping service. Small items may be posted in padded envelopes at the buyer's risk and expense (please enquire before bidding).

Successful bidders will receive details of Auction Logistics, the-saleroom.com's recommended delivery partner. Rogers Jones & Co. is not affiliated with Auction Logistics.

AUCTION HUB TRANSFERS
Small lots can be transferred free of charge between our auction hubs (Cardiff, Colwyn Bay, Gregynog and Carmarthen). Charges may apply for larger lots. Furniture cannot be transferred.

Transfers are arranged subject to availability and are not routine. Lots transferred to another auction hub are for collection only and cannot be packed or dispatched from that location.
